Thank you for shopping at Anuloria! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: We offer reliable shipping across India.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5 to 9 business days after processing.
- Delivery Partners: Since we follow a dropshipping model, your orders are shipped directly by our trusted suppliers (via Meesho) using reputed courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, or Shadowfax.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, festive seasons, or remote location accessibility.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking Number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within India only.
- Please ensure that the shipping address, including the Pincode and contact number, is correct. Anuloria is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
5. Damages and Missing Items
- Anuloria is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the courier company. However, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the supplier.
- Mandatory Requirement: To claim any issues regarding damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package being opened from the start without any cuts or edits.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photos.
6. Multiple Shipments
- If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, as they may be sourced from different suppliers.
