1. Delivery Information

At Anuloria, we partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your products reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Areas: We deliver all across India.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package within 5 to 9 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email ([email protected]) or phone number.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at different times because they are shipped directly from different specialized suppliers.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for most items, provided they meet the criteria below.

A. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a smooth return process for damaged or wrong items, an unboxing video is compulsory.

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits).
  • It must show the outer packaging and the shipping label clearly before opening.
  • The video must clearly demonstrate the defect or the wrong item received.
  • Without a clear unboxing video, we may be unable to process your return request as per our supplier guidelines.

B. Conditions for Return

  • Returns are accepted for Damaged Products, Defective Items, or Wrong Product/Size delivered.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

C. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personal care, innerwear, and hygiene-related products.
  • Items used or washed by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.

3. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or provide instructions for the return.
  • Inspection: Refunds are processed after the product reaches the supplier and passes a quality check.
  • Credit: * Prepaid Orders: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: We will contact you for your UPI ID or Bank Details to transfer the refund.

 * We operate as a dropshipping entity. This means we curate products from third-party suppliers (primarily via Meesho).

 * When you purchase a product, the order is fulfilled and shipped directly by the supplier to your doorstep.

3. Product Information and Accuracy

 * We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

 * Slight variations in design, color, or material may occur as products are sourced from different manufacturers.

4. Pricing and Payment

 * All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

 * We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

 * We ensure that all online payment methods provided on our site are secure. An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

 * Since products are shipped directly from suppliers, delivery times may vary.

 * Generally, products are delivered within 5 to 9 business days.

 * Anuloria is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen logistics issues.

6. Return and Refund Policy

 * Damage/Wrong Product: Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was sent.

 * Unboxing Video: To claim a return or refund, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package being opened for the first time and clearly highlight the defect.

 * Timeline: Any issues must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of delivery.

 * Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anuloria shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of products purchased through our website. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer/supplier and not by Anuloria.
